From first call to done

Four steps, no surprises.

The most common thing we hear is "that was easier than I expected." This is what actually happens.

1

You call or send the form

Describe the problem in your own words. No photos required, no technical names needed.

2

We talk it through

Same day where possible. You get a flat quote in writing before anything is booked.

3

We do the work

On time, shoe covers on, drop cloths down. Questions answered twice if that is what it takes.

4

We walk it together

Anything not right gets fixed on the spot, before payment. Photo update sent to family if asked.

Our promise

Done right, or we make it right.

Never rushed

We book fewer jobs a day on purpose. Your questions get answered properly, not squeezed between two other calls.

Flat quote first

You approve a written price before we lift a tool. No deposit, and no number that grows once we are inside.

Respectful guest

Clean drop cloths, tidy finish, and a walkthrough before we leave. We treat your parents' home like our own.

Before we get started

A few good questions.

Still wondering about something? Just ask — by phone is always fine.

Will you rush my mother?

No — and we book fewer jobs a day specifically so we do not have to. If she wants the bar moved an inch, we move it an inch. Questions get answered as many times as she wants them answered.

Can I be involved if I live out of state?

Yes, and most of our clients are. You get the quote by phone or email, we can do a video walkthrough, and you get photos of the finished work before payment. Nothing happens without your approval.

What does it usually cost?

Typical visits run $120–$350 for a few small jobs, and $350–$600 for a half-day punch list. Grab bar and bathroom safety work usually lands between $170 and $500 depending on how many bars and where they go.

Do I need to know what the job is called?

No. "The kitchen door will not close" is a perfect description. We work out what it is once we are there.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are insured and background-checked, and we will provide documentation on request. Work that legally requires a licensed trade — electrical, plumbing, structural — we tell you plainly and refer you on rather than doing it ourselves.

How soon can you come out?

Most jobs are booked within the same week. Hospital discharges and safety-critical work are prioritised — tell us if that is the situation.

What if something is not right?

We walk the work together before payment. Anything not right is fixed on the spot. If it shows up later, call and we come back.

Do you charge a deposit?

No. You approve a flat written quote, we do the work, then you pay after the walkthrough.

Your home, in careful hands.

One local person, clear pricing, and a visit that does not feel like a sales call. Call, or send the short form — whichever is easier.
